We are hopeful in time you will be able to enjoy our ” Sit down Cajun Eating experience. ” Until that day occurs, please rest assured Brush Street is continuing to diligently executing all efforts to ensure the health and safety of our valued guests and employees. We have decided to reopen our carryout Wednesday, May 20, 2020. Our hours are 12pm-9pm, closed Sunday.
Please feel confident knowing Brush Street management team continues to review and follow all federal protocol. Capacity Limits and Social Distancing’s (CDC), state and local guidance relating to COVID -19 will be abide by. Brush Street limits its capacity with respect to guests picking up to go orders (2) guests inside our pick up area. We respectfully request that if there are 2 guests in the carry out area and you have placed an order, other guests wait outside until the waiting area is free. We strive to ensure social distancing is practiced by marking
specific areas for guests to wait in while picking up orders, all markers are 6 feet apart. This information is posted in and all Brush Street employees are familiar with this protocol and happy to guide our guests in accordance with these standards.
Cleaning and Disinfection: We follow detailed frequent cleaning and disinfection throughout the day in accordance with CDC and OSHA guidelines. Practices are logged daily. Cleaning and Disinfecting will be done more frequently in high traffic areas. Door handles, countertops and credit card processing machines will be wiped after each use.
Protective Barriers and Protective Equipment: Brush Street management team has installed plexiglass shields at our transaction areas.. All employees are required to wear non­surgical grade masks and gloves throughout their shift. Some employees maybe required to wear face shields with mask and gloves. We require all employees to wear protective equipment at all times. Brush Street continues to strive to ensure it is keeping its employees and customers safe at all times.
Enhanced Heath Screening of All Essential Employees: Brush Street management team provides all its employees educational materials on a COVID -19. We require health and hygiene habits as recommended by the CDC. Employees are to be tested prior to initial restart of work. Employees must provide test results at first day start of shift. Employees will be temperature check every day before start of shift. Brush Street management team encourages its employees to monitor his or her health status at all times. If an employee displays any COVID-19 symptoms, they are required notify Brush Street management and stay home. Brush Street Deli management has implemented its own enhanced health survey for its essential employees. All scheduled employees respond to various inquiries relating to whether or not he or she has been experiencing symptoms or may have possible been exposed to COVID-19.

In House Dining Requires an Reservation at 313-656- 4640. There will be limited seating to assure social distance guide lines!
We have redesigned the inside of the restaurant to accommodate guest for reservations. We have a tentative date to reopen indoor seating for June 1, 2020.
Upon entrance into our restaurant you will be greeted by our hostess behind a plex glass window. They will take your order and ask for your credit or debit card, or cash payment and phone number. Your phone number will allow us to text you when your order is complete. If ordering Alcoholic beverages, you will be asked for proper ID. Our large dining room has social distance seating for 2 guest or 4 guest . Once your order is place you can sit at your table and await your text.
Upon completion of your order you will receive a text to proceed to the clearly marked pick up window where your meal will await you.
Our seating area is spaced 6 feet apart for all dining guest and in most cases, and is blocked off with additional protective clear sheeting for your comfort and protection.
Upon completion of your meal a staff member will clear and disinfect your table. We will also have trash dispenser with tray holder on the dining floor for your convenience. Thank You
Free parking is located in the rear of the building during non-event days. We will also be offering outdoor patio dining for the summer.
